With over 6000 service technicians, optimizing the periodic maintenance is very valuable.
We will present how we are using single-source nodes in ST4 to generate and distribute checklists for periodic maintenance. Both for our PDF repair manual and dynamically delivered to our internal service application, using a workflow to an API-endpoint.
